1. Information We Collect & How We Process It

When you use NeonBack to remove backgrounds, we process your images in two distinct ways depending on the processing mode you choose:

  • Best (HD) Mode: Your images never leave your device. The AI model runs locally within your browser or app using local processing. We do not receive, collect, transmit, or store these images on our servers.
  • Ultra HD (Premium) Mode: To provide higher quality results, your image is temporarily sent to our secure application servers for heavy machine learning processing.

2. Temporary Data Storage & Deletion

For images processed under Ultra HD Mode, we do not store your data. Your images are processed securely and are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers immediately after the background removal result is generated and returned to your device.

  • We do not use your personal images to train our AI models.
  • We do not share your images with any third parties.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

To keep parts of our application free, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob is a third-party advertising service provided by Google.

  • Google AdMob may collect and use certain diagnostic data, such as your IP address, device identifiers (including the Android Advertising ID), and general usage data, to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.
  • This data collection is governed by Google. For more information on how Google collects and uses your data, please review Google's Privacy & Terms.
  • Opt-out: You can opt-out of personalized advertising at any time by adjusting the privacy and ad settings directly on your Android device.

4. Children's Privacy

NeonBack does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
